You can choose from three different room categories. Discover the amenities of each room type and book your little break from everyday life.

Komfort

Not only comfortable, but also chic: In our seven comfort rooms with a view of the Neuzelle Monastery or our garden you will find all the amenities for a relaxing stay.

Superior

Let the soul dangle: in our six cozy superior rooms no wishes remain unfulfilled. The individual morning or evening ritual can be enjoyed especially well in the large bathrooms.

SPA Suite

A dream of a room: in our two SPA Suites there is enough space for sleeping, resting and sweating. Pure relaxation with private Finnish sauna and freestanding bathtub with space for two.

Late Check Out

We can understand that you just do not want to go home. Depending on the subsequent booking situation, you are welcome to stay longer with us. We charge the late check out in 2h or 5h intervals.
Category Comfort and Superior: 2h á 25 Euro and 5h á 45 Euro.
Category SPA Suite: 2h á 45 Euro and 5h á 75 Euro.

BREAKFAST

Monday – Friday 7 am – 10 am
Saturday – Sunday 8 am – 11 am

EXTRAS

Extra bed + 35 Euro p.p. | p. night exclusive breakfast
Baby extra bed + 35 Euro p.p. | p. night inclusive breakfast (0-3 years)

Breakfast for house guests + 15 Euro p.p.
Breakfast for external guests + 25 Euro p.p.

RESTAURANT

A room booking is not automatically accompanied by a table reservation in the restaurant. Our restaurant Wilde Klosterküche is happy about everyone and so we can be fully booked on some days. You would like to secure your culinary time-out? This way.

BICYCLES | E-Bikes

Your two-wheelers will find a dry and with a combination lock locked storage space in our shed. A charging facility for electric bikes is available but not guaranteed. Please note that we assume no liability for theft or damage to your bikes.

PETS

Some like cats, many love dogs: we are real animal fans, but we are also considerate of our guests who are not. Large pets therefore usually do not have a residence permit in the house. We have exempted one room for pets. Write us a mail, should you want to bring your loved ones.

PARKING

Our parking spaces are available to you free of charge. A barrier-free parking lot is signposted separately. Please note that our parking lot is not video-monitored and we assume no liability for theft or burglary.

Smoking

Our house is a non-smoking house. Many beautiful corners in the outdoor area are available where you can make yourself comfortable. PS. All comfort rooms are equipped with a balcony, should you want to be on the safe side.

CANCELLATION FEES

Single bookings | up to three rooms

Cancellation free of charge is possible until 5 days before the arrival day.
After that the following cancellation fees apply:

4 days to 3 days before arrival: 30% of the room rate excl. breakfast
2 days to 1 day before arrival: 70% of the room price excl. breakfast

Arrival day: 100% of the total room price excl. breakfast

No show: 100% of the total room price

Group bookings | from four rooms

Cancellation free of charge is possible until 2 months before the arrival date.
After that the following cancellation fees apply:

60 days to 30 days before arrival date: 30% of the room rate excl. breakfast
29 days to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the room price excl. breakfast
6 days to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the room price excl. breakfast

Arrival day: 100% of the total room price excl. breakfast

No show: 100% of the total room price
